Is the packaging cube and the changing mat included in the delivery of the changing backpack?
Yes, both the Packaging Cube and the changing mat are included with the diaper backpack. The Packaging Cube serves as a practical organizer for your luggage. This allows you to remove your luggage from the backpack with just one movement for changing.
The changing mat is also multifunctional and can be converted into a padded laptop compartment. These thoughtful features offer you flexibility and comfort for everyday life with your child.
Can the diaper backpack also be attached to the stroller?
Of course. Two loops on the back of the backpack, combined with our separately available stroller hooks , allow for easy attachment to the stroller. This way, you can have your backpack directly on the stroller, and everything is immediately at hand.
How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
Once you pay via PayPal, direct debit, credit card, or Klarna, we will process your order immediately. Depending on the order timing and current workload, we may even be able to hand it over to our shipping partner on the same day. Payments made by bank transfer are processed on the day the payment is received. The final delivery time is then at the discretion of the logistics partner. Customers in Germany typically receive their packages within five days; within Europe, it can take up to ten days.
Our special feature for you: As soon as your backpack is on its way, you'll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number so you can keep an eye on your package at all times. If you have any questions or notice any irregularities in your tracking, please contact us anytime – we're happy to help!
How can I return my order?
Shop more consciously – for the sake of the environment
Returns not only involve effort, but also place a significant burden on our environment. Therefore, we want to work with you to take responsibility and avoid impulse purchases as much as possible. For this reason, we ask that you cover the return shipping costs yourself.

If you would like to exchange something, please return the product to us as described and simply place your new order directly through the shop.
Can I see your diaper backpacks in person somewhere before I buy them?
You can currently experience our diaper backpacks live at selected trade shows - a great experience to discover all the features in person! We are also working on building a network of retailers where our backpacks will soon be available. Look out for updates on our website and social media channels!
The product I want is sold out. What now?
Is your desired product sold out? Don't worry! We're working to restock our inventory quickly. Sign up for our newsletter or follow us on social media to be the first to know when the product is back in stock. Alternatively, you can contact us anytime – we're happy to help!
How can I pay for my order?

How do I redeem a discount code?
How to redeem your discount code:
Do you have a discount code? Perfect! Simply enter it in the appropriate field during checkout and click "Apply discount code." The total amount in your shopping cart will then be adjusted immediately.
How do I redeem a gift voucher?
If you have a gift voucher from us, you can easily redeem it in the "Checkout". To do this, enter your "gift code" in the marked field and click on "Apply discount code". The total of your shopping cart will now be updated according to your voucher value. If your gift voucher has a higher value than your shopping cart, you can use the remaining amount for another purchase.
Your voucher cannot be redeemed for cash. Unless otherwise stated, your voucher is valid for three years after it is issued. You can cancel your voucher order within 14 days of ordering it in our online shop, provided it has not yet been redeemed.
What should I do if there is something wrong with my order?
Our goal is to offer the highest quality. That's why every product undergoes strict quality controls in which all functions are thoroughly tested. Should a problem arise, it is particularly important to us to take care of your issue in the best possible way. Simply send us an email with a photo of the problem area so that we can quickly get an idea.
Thanks to our own repair service, we can solve your problem immediately in most cases.
When does the warranty apply?
The statutory warranty of 2 years applies to all products, provided that:
- Defects due to material or manufacturing defects are remedied free of charge.
However, the warranty does not apply to:
- Normal wear and tear due to regular use.
- Improper handling or accidents (e.g. cracks & abrasion on the material, excessive water contact, scratches on the logo plate).
- Discoloration or contamination from other materials.
- Damage caused by disregard of care instructions, such as fading of the fabric due to strong sunlight.
