We ship within 3 working days and you will receive a shipment notification from DHL as soon as we start preparing for shipping. atOrders with the payment option "transfer", this delivery period begins after receipt of payment.

Shipping: Free shipping within Germany. The shipping costs to all other EU countries and Switzerland are € 12.90 and are free of charge from a value of € 200.00. Taxes and customs abroad (especially important for the Swiss) are borne by the customer. We are happy to send to other countries on request, write to support@anna-und-oskar.de.
